The KINSTRETCH system is one born out of scientific research. All of the movements and training techniques have been selected based on a meticulous and rigorous investigation of evidence as it pertains to body control, injury prevention, joint health, and physical longevity.

Functional Range Conditioning

The FRC® technique, a comprehensive joint training system based in scientific principals and research, aims to accomplish three things; mobility development, joint strength and body control. Mobility refers to the amount of USABLE motion that one possesses across a particular articulation (joint). The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximize their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively.

FRC® was also developed by musculoskeletal expert Dr. Andreas Spina. Himself and his team of seminar leaders travel the world to deliver seminars about their methods and theories. 

Yoga teacher training

Semperviva's mission is to lead the yoga community, set standards, foster integrity, provide resources, and uphold the teachings of yoga. Their programs are designed for all levels. Time will be devoted to theory, practice and test classes to become well emerge as a safe and responsible yoga teacher, having found a yoga voice.

Movement Manifesto - Dr. Moses Bernard


A Movement Performance Chiropractor who has been studying human movement for over 16 years following his belief that his single purpose is to help teach people how to move better.

A rising star in the rehab and chiropractic world, Dr. Moses Bernard has been hailed as “cutting edge”, “more of an artist and scholar than chiropractor”, and “one of the most dedicated healthcare professionals I’ve ever met” by his patients and peers.  He has made a variety of TV, print, and radio appearances, and has lectured internationally on optimizing human movement.  

Moses Bernard has worked with organizations including: The NFL, NFL Players Organization, MLB and traveled with the Toronto Blue Jays.

Bernie Clark

Bernie has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1998. He has a bachelor degree in Science from the University of Waterloo and combines his intense interest in yoga with an understanding of the scientific approach to investigating the nature of things.

Bernie's yoga practice encompasses the hard, yang-styles, such as Ashtanga and Power Yoga, and the softer, yin-styles, as exemplified in Yin Yoga. His meditation experience goes back to the early 80's when he first began to explore the practice of Zen meditation.
